Shipping Policy

OMU currently ships within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During product launches or preorder periods, processing times may be longer.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order will ship on or around the estimated shipping date shown on the product page.

If your cart contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship together once the preorder product becomes available.

(Currently, preorder orders are expected to begin shipping around August 15.) 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available on 6-pack orders and larger. 

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery after shipment:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
